Weighpack designs, develops and manufactures
We design and build lifting and tipping units, weighing and counting units, packing and labelling units, feeding units, fiber handling units and inspection units. All machines in Weighpack lines use the same control system and components, for ease of use and maintenance. We build the units in our own factory so we have full control over the production process.
Our machines handle products such as: screws, nails, nuts and bolts, washers, springs, cold formed parts and fibers for concrete reinforcement.
Our integrated packing lines are widely used by manufacturers and distributors of fasteners and small automotive components. Fastener manufacturers also use our furnace feeders and bin re-loaders in their heat treatment lines. The inspection lines are targeted at manufacturers of high grade fasteners for automotive and aviation applications. Finally, our fiber handling units are used by manufacturers and distributors of steel fibers for concrete reinforcement, and by concrete product manufacturers.
Weighpack was set up in 1974 in The Hague, the Netherlands and now serves customers worldwide. Our focus is not on what our machines can do, but on listening to you, analysing your requirements and then designing a solution. We build the equipment in-house, using high quality components for a long life and straightforward maintenance. Consistent control software and user interfaces ensure the lines are easy to set up and operate, to maximise your throughput and minimise downtime.
