These units incorporate our lifting and tipping machines, combined with a weighing system, belt conveyors, vibratory conveyors, and feeder conveyors (magnetic or conventional). They receive bulk fasteners, untangle them if necessary, feed them to the heat treatment furnace, and finally place them in bulk containers. The accurate weighing and feeding helps minimise process variations and optimises the heat treatment.
