KLT Returnables

Objective of this project

Some automotive manufacturers have standardised on KLT bins for supplying parts to their assembly lines. These bins carry VDA card labels with information about the product type and quantity. The cards are often inserted manually into the slots of the bins, which is inefficient.

Project outcome

These units are now used by several of our customers and help them operate their lines more efficiently. We also incorporate the label insertion units in our large, integrated packing lines for the automotive fastener industry.
